Training and gym recovery
Lifting or training hard through the week and wanting the legs back sooner than they come back on their own.
We bring an insulated tub to your door, chill it to a measured temperature, and a trained attendant stays with you for the whole immersion. Then it drains, packs down and leaves with us. No ice runs, no guesswork, no tub to store.

We use your number only to arrange this session. The Care Team runs through a short set of health questions on the call before anything is confirmed.
₹2,499+ for the visit. No delivery charge, no ice charge, no equipment charge, no surprise added at the door.
Group sessions are priced per person, and later evening slots are priced higher. Your exact total is confirmed by the Care Team on the call, before anything is scheduled. Nothing is charged before then.
It is the same supervised session in every case, starting at ₹2,499+. Tell us what you want it for and the Care Team takes it from there.
Lifting or training hard through the week and wanting the legs back sooner than they come back on their own.
A half marathon, a triathlon, a long ride — the day-after soreness you already know is coming.
The habit people build it into: a short immersion in the morning, or hours before bed rather than just after.
A running club, a gym floor or a sports team booking one visit for several people, back to back.
Curious, but not about to fill a bathtub with ice from the corner shop and guess at the rest.
Already doing this and tired of hauling ice. The same slot each week, set up and packed down for you.
Sudden cold immersion puts real load on the heart and lungs. Do not book this without clearing it with your own doctor first if you have a heart condition or an arrhythmia, uncontrolled blood pressure, epilepsy, Raynaud’s or a cold allergy, if you are pregnant, or if you are recovering from surgery. Never get in after drinking. An ice bath is a recovery session, not medical care — if something hurts, or has been hurting, see a doctor about it rather than a tub.
Book now. Send the form with the reason you want the session. Our Care Team calls you back within 5 minutes to run through the health questions, check the space works, and lock a slot.
We arrive and set up. The attendant brings the tub, the ice and the thermometer, and takes about half an hour to get the water down to temperature. You do nothing until it is ready.
You get in, supervised, and we pack it away. A few minutes in the water with someone timing it and watching you the whole time. Then the tub is drained, wiped down and carried back out. Your floor is dry before we leave.

This is the part people cut when they do it themselves, and it is the part that matters. Cold water makes you gasp, then it makes you cold-headed about how long you have been in. The attendant stays in the room, times the immersion, and calls it before you would.
A sack of ice in a bathtub could be 4°C or 15°C and you would not be able to tell the difference standing next to it. We bring a thermometer, set the water where it should be for what you booked, and tell you the number before you step in.
The tub comes in, the water goes out through your drain, and the whole thing leaves with the attendant. No fifty kilos of melting ice in your lift, no tub to store, no puddle for someone else to mop.
Send what you want the session for, your name and your number. Our Care Team calls to run through the health questions and find a slot that suits you.
