How an on-demand visit works

Check your address. Share your location or type your pincode. We only take the booking if there is a nurse close enough to reach you now.

Pick one service. A vaccination, an ECG, an X-ray or an injection. The price you see is per visit, and the final amount is confirmed before you pay.

We dispatch the nearest nurse. Payment confirms the booking, and the closest available registered nurse is assigned to you. You get a tracking link and updates on WhatsApp.

Done at your door. Your prescription is checked, the visit is carried out, and the sharps leave with the nurse. ECG and X-ray reports follow the same day.

On-demand visits run 8 AM to 8 PM, and 20 minutes is what we aim for across the nine pincodes. If we can't get a nurse to you at all, the booking is refunded in full.

Registered nurses only

Every nurse is background-checked, trained on injection protocol, and equipped to manage an immediate reaction.

Cold chain kept intact

Vaccines travel at 2–8°C in a temperature-controlled carrier and are never frozen. If the chain breaks, the dose is not given.

Sharps leave with the nurse

Needles and used material go into a sealed container and out of your home for biomedical disposal.

Questions, answered

Is the 20 minutes a guarantee?
It is what we aim for, and what most visits inside the nine pincodes achieve between 8 AM and 8 PM. Traffic and time of day are the two things that move it. You see the nurse's live position on your tracking link from the moment the booking is confirmed, so you always know where they are rather than guessing.
What if nobody can get to me?
Then we do not take the booking. The page checks for a nurse near your pincode before it lets you pay, and tells you if every nurse is already out. If one is assigned and we still cannot reach you, the booking is refunded in full.
Which areas is on-demand live in?
Nine south and central Mumbai pincodes today: Malabar Hill, Jacob Circle, Lower Parel, Dadar East and West, Mahim, Worli, Worli Sea Face and Prabhadevi. We are opening more each month. If your pincode is not on the list, our scheduled visits still cover most of Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Vaccines and injectables are prescription medicines, so your nurse checks a valid prescription at the door before administering anything. There is no upload step in this flow, so keep the original to hand. Without it the visit cannot go ahead and a visit fee may still apply.
Is the medicine included in the price?
The price shown is an indicative starting point for the visit, and the final amount is confirmed on the payment screen before you pay. Where a service is marked administration only, such as a GLP-1 injection, the fee covers a registered nurse administering your dose and you supply the medicine and the prescription.
Who turns up at my door?
A registered nurse, background-checked and trained on injection protocol. For an ECG or an X-ray, a trained technician brings the portable equipment to your bedside, and the ECG is reported by a physician.
When am I charged?
When you book. Payment is what reserves the nurse and starts the dispatch, which is why it comes before the visit rather than after it.
Can I book this for a parent or someone else?
Yes, and most on-demand bookings are exactly that. Sign in with your own number so the updates come to you, then enter the patient's name and address in the booking form.
Can I book more than one service at once?
One booking covers one service, which is what keeps the arrival time short. For several services in a single visit, or a full lab panel, use a scheduled booking instead.
Is an evening visit priced differently?
Visits after 6 PM are priced slightly higher. The amount you see on the payment screen is always the amount you pay.
